Product Details:

Ø  High quality electro galvanized Steel of 20G (1mm thick)  (Tata / JSW) finished with Epoxy Polyester Powder coating.(Structure Finish ) Powder coating thickness 90 – 100 Microns.

Ø   The worktop will be supported by heavy duty “C” steel frame fabricated with 60 x 40 x 2 mm thick GI tube for C frame assembly. The frame (C frame) will be of rectangular box with a wall thickness of 12 gauge(2mm thick), de-greased and epoxy powder coated for smooth finish and protection.

Ø   The dimension details of the frame work will be as specified in the drawing (Drawing enclosed) vertical member of minimum 60 x 40 x 2 mm mm thick GI Tube; horizontal top member 60 x 40 x 2 mm GP Sheet and horizontal bottom member 60 x 40 x 2 mm GP Sheet.

Ø   Modular will be made up of GP Sheet - thickness of 1mm with 3 wall double skin construction and chemical resistant epoxy powder coating (90 - 100 micron thickness texture finish colour Grey White & VIP Blue Combination). The joints will be welded and provided with self and soft closing and adjustable door with a hinges (Ebco) opening of 90° opening with latch and chamfering corner. Noise less telescopic smooth heavy duty rails (load capacity 65 kgs.) (Godrej make) drawer will be with full opening.

Ø   The frame will be provided with M10 adjustable level mounting boot (Acid resistance PP material Black colour). The doors of cabinets and drawers will have full length grab rail that will not project outside the door front surface.
